What a Duet is
Designed as a pair, lived in as your own.
Two attached homes that read as one building from the street, and two separate addresses. Each home has its own front door, its own garage, three floors of living, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and its own roof terrace. Black and white board, warm timber at the door, and every window placed for the light rather than for the elevation. Half the lot, none of the compromise.

Every Duet is drawn in house and built by the same team, so what is on the rendering is what gets built.
The roof terrace
A private outdoor room over the whole footprint: fire table, outdoor kitchen, string lights and the skyline. Reached by its own stair, not a ladder.
Light-first windows
Floor-to-ceiling glass on the living levels, placed for morning and evening light. Black frames against white board and stucco.
Three floors of living, per home
Garage and entry at grade, an open main level for cooking and gathering, and four bedrooms and three bathrooms above, in each of the two homes.
Two exterior schemes
White board with black trim, or stucco with dark board and timber. A pair can be matched or mirrored.
Two addresses, two front doors
Each home in a Duet is separately addressed with its own entrance, its own garage with a full-glass door and its own roof terrace. The only thing shared is the wall between them.

Plans, elevations, sections and schedules that the trades and the permitting authority all work from.
Stamped by a licensed engineer
Structure, openings and the party wall between the two homes, calculated and sealed before submission.
Submitted, reviewed, approved
We manage the submission and any revisions the city asks for, so you are cleared to break ground.
